"It has been from childhood for me for the love of sports.
I was working with a health club for 2 years before I could move on with my own fitness firm, MY FITNESS.
Fitness has been an addiction to me. I believe that being fit keeps you healthy and active. I also think that being fit and healthy makes you confident and gives a positive mind set in life.
I started my own fitness firm, MY FITNESS in 2009.
It has been since then that I have worked hard on building this as a brand and making it even bigger.
Started with Gym and Cardio activities, I have expanded by introducing ZUMBA, AEROBICS, PILATES and KICK BOXING in last 2 years, with international trainers.
So we introduce some of the best kind of fitness and health activities with sound workouts and diet program that are tailor-made to suit the requirements of every individual. We strive to make fitness a habit not necessity".
